Jordan Digital Marketing (JDM) is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in catering to both mid-market and enterprise customers. They take great pride in being data-driven and their team of expert marketers adopt various sophisticated and state-of-the-art methods to manage campaigns and generate deep insights for their clients.
However, all this data work is very time consuming and prone to human oversights. The team’s bandwidth constraints also limit the frequency with which they can do various analyses.
The solution
The Aliveo AI team worked with JDM’s performance marketing team to create automated workflows for two kinds of tasks:
Report generation: This included pulling data from relevant ad platforms, CRMs and first party data sources into unified tables with specific format. The data was then used to derive insights from the data with marketer-specific instructions on preferred styles for formatting the takeaways.
Campaign management: This involved defining benchmarks for campaigns, ad-groups and creatives and identifying scale-up and scale-down opportunities. Marketers also had their individual strategies on adjusting budgets, bids and pausing based on the benchmark comparisons.
The data chatbot is also helping the JDM team troubleshoot issues and put together answers to client questions faster.
The impact
Aliveo AI’s automated workflows are enabling JDM’s performance marketers put together reports in less than half the time, while maintaining their individual style preferences. Also, the marketer can edit the automated report before sharing ensuring full control.
